  9. This is the  english installer&docs for the  AMCAF Extension V1.40. A
  10. new demo version  is included  in this archive, registered  users can
  11. use this file  aswell, but  there also an  updating  archive for  the
  12. users, who still have the  AMCAFExt119.lha archive. You have to down-
  13. load  the  AMCAFExt140Exa.lha   archive  aswell, which  contains  the
  14. example programs for AMCAF.

  16. What is AMCAF?
  17.  
  18. AMCAF (i.e "Amos Miscellaneous Commands And Functions") is  a new and
  19. powerful extension for  AMOS Professional. The main extension file is
  20. more  than  42 KB long and  contains more than  200 new  commands and
  21. functions  for  every  day  programming  with  AMOS Pro. The  package
  22. consists of  two disks  which  can be installed  on your  system very
  23. easily using  the supplied  installation  software. The  manual  is a
  24. 230KB amiga guide document  and can be adapted to the AMOS Pro online
  25. help. Every AMCAF user  will get the  required support and help he or
  26. she may need by either email or snail mail.

  30. - Bank manipulation and encoding
  31. - Turbo graphics
  32. - Blitter control
  33. - Shade Bobs/3D Stars/Splinters
  34. - Fonts (e.g to put a normal text font into a bank and vice versa)
  35. - Colour handling
  36. - Rainbow fading
  37. - Disk access (dir reading, filecopying etc.)
  38. - Pattern matching
  39. - Powerpacker and FileImploder support
  40. - Time and date functions
  41. - 4 player adapter, cd32 joypad and second mouse support
  42. - 3D vector rotation
  43. - Protracker support (including CIA-timing and sfx commands etc.)
  44. - String functions
  45. - Fast Sin, Cos, Arc, Sqr and Rnd functions.
  46. - Even more various commands.
